Refunds:

Signs + Scenic Scatters:
You may only recieve a full refund after returning the item/s within 14 days of the original purchase. Items will only be refunded if they are returned to us in the condition they were purchased and in the original packaging. Contact us.
 
Custom Vehicles:
There are no current refund options for Custom Vehicles.
If the item delivered is on the wrong base model or incorrect livery then please contact us for a refund.

Faulty Prouducts:
If not satisfied with your product/s quality, please return within 7 days including a reson for return and we shall replace your purchase. If the item ordered is no longer available, only then will a refund be issued.

Price Match Guarantee*:
If you find a cheaper price we'll refund the difference and beat it by 10% if you find the same product cheaper in any other store within 5 days of purchase.
To request a price match refund, just email pricematch@snazzyscenics.co.uk including:
The name of the shop
Email of the cheaper shop
The cost of the cheaper product
Your name
Your email address
 We will review the details and reply to you via email within three business days.

Payment Method Fees:
Paypal:  No Fee.
Cheque:  No Fee but could be up to 10 days (normaly 3-5 days)
  before item is dispached.
E-Cheque: No Fee but could be up to 15 days (normaly 8-10
  days) before item is dispatched.

Custom Vehicles:
Custom Vehicle orders must be received in writing to us (e-mail or letter) and confirmed by us to having received the order at least 20 days before the product is due to be delivered. Full co-operation of the client is necessary and payment must be recived at least 10 days before delivery is due. We will e-mail you to notify that your van has been posted, and after that point we except no responsibility for delivering the van on time from the postage date.
